We as stated in my last entry, I washed my bedding yesterday in an effort to sleep better. However it didn’t work that well.
Not all is lost though! I haven’t done Tae Kwon Do for about a week, so that may also play a part in it!
Sleep the past week or two has not been great, very tossy and turny. Very not fun times. So today I washed the sheets and with in the next couple hours, we’ll know if this is the reason for the sleep problems or not.
