A month later

Alright, this week marks approximately one month of me doing Tae Kwon Do and going to the YMCA 4-5 nights of the week. (Though the last week I’ve been recovering from being sick so I’ve just done TKD.) The results of which I am very pleased with.

Results:

  • Smaller belly
  • Smaller butt
  • Smaller love handles
  • Better sleep

I sure hope I can continue with this regimen for the foreseeable future!
